Paying for your care

At Phoenix Hospital Group we welcome both insured, self-funding and embassy patients.

Self-Pay

When confirming the self-pay price we will make clear exactly what is covered. There may be some additional charges incurred after you have been admitted e.g. histopathology, take home drugs, walking aids, additional procedure and overnight stays or visitor bed and catering fees. You will normally be expected to settle these on discharge. Payment is kindly requested at least seven days prior to your admission.

Card Payments: We accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners.

Cash Payments: If you would like to make a cash payment, please call 020 7935 1200 so that we can arrange accordingly.

Please note that any BACS payments must be made at least 7 days’ prior to admission. When making payment, please include your admission date and the patient name.


Insured Patients

Please pre-authorise your treatment prior to admission. Your medical insurer will pay your consultant surgeon and anaesthetist fees directly. Please note your policy may not cover all of your care and any outstanding charges will need to be settled before departure or will be charged to your credit card where final costs are not available on discharge. Your medical insurer will pay your consultant surgeon and anaesthetist fees directly. Please check with your consultant if there are any exceptions to their charges as you will be liable.


Finance Package

We are pleased  to offer Finance schemes where prices are all-inclusive, so you can be confident that there will be no hidden fees and that your fixed price packages covers the complete care pathway from beginning to end.

You can choose how much you can afford to pay each month and we will calculate the payments for you. We offer two finance options whereby you can pay over 24 months or 36 months
